Waterbox

The autonomy of a photovoltaic system to extract water from deep aquifers that uses only photovoltaic technology free from structural constraints of the territory and with zero impact on the environment.

Installation

  • A deep coring is carried out, up to 100 meters, to find an aquifer with drinking water.
  • Once the hole has been made, a PVC jacket is inserted which is useful for preserving clean water and preventing any obstructions on the duct caused by earth residues.
  • Once these operations have been completed, the box is installed which rests on a pre-built concrete slab.
  • A series of high yield mono/polycrystalline photovoltaic panels they produce an optimal power of about 1.5 kW on request we can even go further depending on the pump that is installed.
  • A professional high-capacity submersible pump in stainless steel guarantees an average flow rate of about 5 m2/hour where the water is introduced into a 1-2 cubic meter tank which acts as an accumulation.
  • Before the water comes out of the taps, it is filtered by a battery of filters, eliminating any impurities (optional).
  • Everything is monitored by an electronic system that manages the various phases according to solar radiation and the optimization of the current produced.
  • A small fridge powered by photovoltaic energy can be installed inside the pumping box. This option is often useful in the case of medical camps to preserve medicines or food (optional) from the heat.
  • All the panel support components are made of anodized aluminum, screws and pipes are galvanized and the panels are insulated.
  • The Solgreen team is able to customize the water pumping system to match the customer's needs and the type of territory hosting it.
  • It is possible to reach flow rates up to 30 meters/cubes per hour.
